Mega Systems & Chemicals, Chemical Distribution SystemsJensen Systems Inc. has provided Engineering Services for Mega Systems & Chemicals, of Chandler Arizona. Mega Systems & Chemicals is a manufacturer of Ultra Pure Chemical Distribution equipment and systems for the Semiconductor industry. JSI provided PLC programming for a number of different machines. All of the machines used Allen Bradley SLC 500 Programmable Logic Controllers with Allen Bradley PanelView Operator Interfaces. JSI also programmed Intellution FIX32 applications for several installations. JSI provided Commissioning services for two Mega installations in the far east. Several machines were started at a SONY 'Fab' in Japan, and several others were started in different 'Fabs' in Taiwan. |
